TipCase File Splitter 1.0: Cut Your Large File To Pieces

I wrote a small application today for splitting big file to smaller files – TipCase File Splitter v1.0.
TipCase File Splitter is a windows application to cut and split large file to small files for easier taking away or sharing. TipCase support splitting file to 1.4M or much smaller size, and also included a joiner to join splitted files back into origenal large file. TipCase File Splitter is a freeware, you can deliver it or publish it anywhere you want.
System Requirement: Windows98/Me/2000/XP/2003/Vista/7
