How To Capture Screen at DirectX Mode by PrintScreen Key

PrintScreen key is for taking a snapshot of current windows desktop screen. But normally PrintScreen key can not capture screen at DirectX mode, or in some DirectX games. Here is a tip tell you how to activate the PrintScreen key for DirectX Mode.

First Click on the “Run” at the Start Menu, and type in “regedit” to run RegEdit program. Then open this sub key “HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\DirectDraw” and add a new DWORD value and type “1″.

Now you can use the PrintScreen to capture screen at DirectX Mode or in a directX game.
